I bring 30+ years of leadership experience and human resources experience across a variety of industries to my coaching practice.  Prior to establishing my executive coaching practice I was the Vice President, Human Resources in Canada for PepsiCo Beverages and was a member of the senior leadership team with overall responsibility for strategy and execution.

I have coached leaders across Canada and the U.S. across many functions of the business including general management, supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and in industries including consumer packaged goods, insurance, health care and utilities. 

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation.  I am also certified to deliver and debrief the Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), LEA 360,  Hogan Assessments and the WE-I Assessment for emotional intelligence.
